After years in food manufacturing, I found my way back to my roots in Social Work and Psychology, where caring for people and supporting families has always felt most aligned with who I am at my core. In October 2023, I became the Operations Director at Visiting Nurse Private Home Care, bringing my operational background into a field that truly feels meaningful and purpose-driven.
 

I’ve loved being able to build strong processes, create efficiencies, and support both our internal team and the families we serve. Home care is deeply personal, and helping people remain safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own homes is something I value greatly. Being part of a team that leads with compassion, dignity, and service has been incredibly rewarding, and I continue learning every day alongside people who genuinely care.
 

Outside of work, life is full and fun with my firefighter husband, our four children, one dog, and two goats in Decatur. I’m passionate about lifting heavy weights, good food, exploring the outdoors, and making the most of time with family and friends.
